Jason has over 20 years’ experience driving client innovation and transformation whilst leading large-scale international technology delivery projects. He has been practicing Agile at scale for the last 15 years in telecom, travel, health and public sectors.
More recently he led the creation of the NTT DATA’s Enterprise Agility Practice, dedicated to helping clients benefit from the adoption of Agile, Lean and DevOps at scale to deliver not only better project outcomes but as a means to drive sustainable organisational change. The EA Practice guides clients on this journey providing strategic consulting, organisational design thinking, SAFe training and implementation as well as DevOps enablement.

Matthew has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations around the world in financial services, telecoms, logistics, publishing and public services make lasting change a reality and enabling them to achieve their goals.
Most recently he has headed up our Strategy Practice developing and successfully rolling out our global approach to Business Agility across the whole enterprise. He is a published author and regular conference speaker on the topic, as well as being a practicing SAFe programme consultant to the C-Suite.
